Do you ship to addresses outside the country?
of course We ship to most countries, to calculate your shipping & handling charges, add item to your shopping cart (as normal), and when you checkout, indicate in the Ship to enter your country’s information. You will be given the shipping & handling charges before confirming your order.
clpbooks.com cannot be held accountable for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of our country. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.
When I include a product to my shopping cart, it has a (zero) listed under quantity, and I cannot order the item?
Because the product is out of store. Please check back online regularly for ease of use. We make every attempt to have every product on our site available for purchase.
What if I do not want to pay by credit card?
We understand many people do not like credit cards, for obvious reasons. For this reason, we have a “Pay by Check ,Western union, Money gram or Money Order” payment method in our shopping cart. Simply choose this method and submit your order. You will get a reply email confirming your order. Please print this page and send along with your payment option, (to the address listed above). Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched to you.
I purchased some of your books, however some are defective. What should I do?

Probably not. We offer books (and other items) published and produced from around the world. Some of our books may be available in your local country, but most probably are not. We have affordable shipping options for final destinations.
I require technical support for a software product I purchased from clpbooks.com. What do I do?
For tech support on specific products, please refer to problem on contact page. clpbooks.com does not (normally) provide software technical support for software packages it resells.
Are there any countries which you do not normally ship to?
Currently, we are unable to ship online orders to the following countries, India, Belarus, Indonesia, Liberia, Pakistan and Nigeria. If you would like us to ship to any of these countries, please contact us your order with all details. We will reply back within 1 business day with relevant information.
My package will be delivered outside the USA. Do I need to pay customs and duties?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the entrance set by the country’s laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient.
